Mission Statement
The Southern Delaware COPD Coalition is committed to improving the quality of life for Delawareans living with COPD and other chronic lung diseases by eliminating health disparities and improving access through health equity, education, advocacy, and bridging gaps in transitional care.
Chronic Lung Diseases Include:
COPD
Emphysema/Chronic Bronchitis
Cystic Fibrosis
Bronchiectasis
Asthma
Interstitial Lung Disease
Pulmonary Fibrosis/Sarcoidosis.
