Devona Fields, MSN, PPCN
Devona is a native of Oklahoma; she relocated to Delaware in December 2012. Devona obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1999 and a Master of Nursing Education degree in 2011, both from Oklahoma City University. She has extensive experience in various healthcare settings.
Devona is the proud mother of one son, Cedric Ingraham. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and watching action and comedy movies. She has been and continues to pursue a closer relationship with God along with completing ministerial training as a student at Destiny Bible Institute and New Destiny Fellowship Prophetic Institute. Due to her healthcare background, Devona's passion involves educating others to help them achieve their optimal level of health and well-being.
Dr. Jennifer Hargreaves, DNP, RN, NE-BC
Dr. Hargreaves has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare and business-oriented leader. Her expertise lies in extensive experience in managing the enterprise implementation of healthcare policies and procedures in the areas of nursing and education. A proactive leader with the capacity to motivate and lead teams to initiate high-level support to improve existing platforms. She has also worked for the American Nurses Association and the American Nurses Credentialing Center at the national level. Throughout her career, Dr. Hargreaves has achieved numerous honors and titles, including the Delaware Excellence in Nursing Practice award for Nurse Leader/Manager and president-elect for the Delaware Organization of Nurse Leaders. She currently serves on the Rules and Regulations Committee of the Delaware Board of Nursing. She obtained a diploma in nursing from the Beebe School of Nursing, an MSN/BSN from the University of Delaware, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Villanova University. Dr. Hargreaves is board certified as a nurse executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Catawba College in North Carolina.
